ResiDay is back for its third year—and this will be our most ambitious one yet.

There will be hundreds of influential housing investors, homebuilders, developers, lenders, and brokers who are shaping the future of residential real estate, homebuilding, mortgage, building materials, single-family rentals, and build-to-rent. Several prominent housing journalists will also be there too.

On Friday, November 6th in NYC, the ResiClub team will lead a day of insightful discussions on housing market trends and strategies impacting the future of the U.S. housing market landscape.

Something new this year: Every ResiDay 2026 attendee will take home a printed ResiClub report examining the key dynamics shaping the housing market, homebuilding, and SFR/BTR—and what comes next.
